on nola.

sorry for missing a post on monday, but i was incredibly tired after a weekend in new orleans for a bridal shower and bachelorette party for this little lady. the weekend was amazing - lots of laughter, lots of girl time, lots of champagne, a massage and a pedicure, and a crazy night out on the town (and that's all i'll say about that). i can't wait to go back in a few weeks for the wedding and share more of this amazing city with you.

  1. I'm so jealous! Somehow I've never been to New Orleans, despite being pretty close in Alabama my whole life! Two things on my bucket list are to go there and Vegas before I'm too old to really enjoy it. But there had better be peach cobbler pancakes or else.

    1. oh my goodness thank you! i honestly think my best trick is to eat healthy during the week - ceral, salads, lean protein - and on the weekends i do whatever i want. bring on the peach cobbler pancakes and shrimp and grits! i exercise too - not a ton, but it helps with metabolism. a few times a week does the trick.

the jeans are from acne and the shirt is from j. crew (majorly on sale - thank you extra 30% off). the jeans are expensive but i got them three years ago and have worn them about 800 times. i swear by that brand for skinny jeans - worth every penny.

thank you for being so sweet with your comment!
